Advanced exterior shell The durable nylon shell is coated with Propper’s exclusive DWR finish. The polyurethane-based hydrophobic Durable Water Repellency coating helps keep water and other liquids from soaking into the face fabrics of the jacket, yet allows the jacket to breathe for maximum comfort in the wettest, coldest conditions.
