Can you ship worldwide?
Yes, please email us before ordering with any shipping charge questions. The shopping cart may NOT automatically generate a UPS shipping charge for any order outside of the US but postal service quotes should be presented. What if i accidentally order the wrong size garment?
If the item does not fit, you have the option to exchange it. However, you will still have to get it back to us and pay for re-shipping to you.
How long will it take an order to ship out?
After you place the order, most items will ship out in 24 hours. If an item is backordered, you will be notified via email.
Is there a restocking charge?
If you are returning the merchandise for reasons other than defect, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Should you need to return an item there will be a restocking fee of 20%.
Special orders are not returnable for any reason, this includes Hemming.
Orders refused by purchaser are not valid for store credit or return.
Should you order an incorrect item, you may exchange it.
There will be re-shipping charges.
Shipping/Insurance/Handling charges are non-refundable.
